Amenity: Long-term stays allowed

This small two bedroom suite is one of our most popular options for fishermen or contractors as it offers two bedrooms with double beds. The couch does fold down into a bed if you need the extra space.  The suite offers a small kitchenette with all your cooking needs, along with a BBQ outfront which is shared with suite 11 next doors.

This is a main level suite with its own private entrance. It may be small but if you are simply looking for a place to sleep and cook your own meals it is the perfect option for you.

This suite also includes free kayak rentals for onsite use.

The Nightly rate is $130/night, 2+ nights are $110/night. Weekly rate is $770 plus tax

This upper level newly remodeled cabin contains one large bedroom with a queen bed overlooking Mosher lake. There is also a spacious loft with two comfy twin beds.  The large living space offers a fully furnished kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea maker. The living room has comfy furnishings with a flat screen tv.  Guests also have access to our free onsite Wi-Fi. The unit has its own bathroom with a shower, a balcony with a BBQ, and plug-in parking for those cold winter nights, or to charge you boat batteries. 

Winter Rates (Sept 15 – May 15): $175 per night or $155 when booking 5+ nights

Summer Rates (May 15 – Sept 15): $200 per night or $160 when booking 5+ nights. Weekly rate is $1120 plus tax. 

 

General Information

We have an on site Laundry Facility, they are coin operated so bring your loonies and quarters, and detergent. Due to allergies we do not supply detergent, just the washer and dryer. 

As a guest at our resort, in the summer you will receive and all access pass to our kayak rentals.  Please bring your pass with you to show the tenant when you wish to rent, so then you will not need to pay. 

 

We do accept pets at our resort, but there will be a $25 cleaning fee added to your total. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of in the designated garbages.

This is a beautiful main level apartment with its own private entrance from the exterior and another entrance from the inside which makes accessibility to the laundry room very easy.

2 Bedrooms (Queen Bed)

The two bedrooms each have a Queen mattress in very spacious bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a shower and tub. The living room and kitchen area are full sized and equipped with a large flatscreen tv that is hooked up to a Bell satellite, and there is wifi available onsite to guests too. 

Amenities

The kitchen comes with a stove and fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All cooking utensils and dishes are there as well. There is also a small deepfreeze to freeze your fish that you catch and wish to take home from vacation. There is a small patio on the front with a BBQ and furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Winter Rate (Sept 15 – May 15): $125 per night, $110 per night if booking 5+ nights

Summer Rate (May 15 – Sept 15): $175 per night, $150 per night if booking 2+ consecutive nights, and $130 if booking 5+ nights. Weekly rate (7 nights) is $910 plus tax

 

General Information

In the Winter we will have Snowshoe rentals available on site for the 2021-2022 season, we are hopeful to also bring Cross-Country Ski rentals to the resort also, stay tuned. 

Please enjoy our community areas that will be gradually be getting renovated and built this spring of 2021, we are installing new lakeside decks, gazebos and game areas. 

There is plug-in parking for those really cold nights you may stay with us, it is one per apartment when we are at max capacity.

Overall the suite is our smallest which makes it the most affordable of our accommodations, however it still has great features including a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and fridge,along with the other usual appliances including coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a bathroom with a shower and tub, and a small porch with a BBQ. 

This apartment is also accessible to the wifi, and has a nice tv with Bell satellite in the main living room/kitchen area. This apartment is small but mighty so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay. 

This is a main level apartment and accessible via a private door. 

Winter Rate (Sept 15 – May 15): $115 per night, or $100 per night if booking 5+ nights 

Summer Rate (May 15 – Sept 15) : The Nightly rate is $130/night, 2+  nights are $110/night. Weekly rate is $770 plus tax

This is our most spacious, each bedroom containing 1 Queen bed. Two rooms having a few to the waterside. 

It also contains a large living room, a very spacious kitchen, and an oversized entrance that is great for snowmobile or any other gear you might have. The apartment also contains a decent size bathroom with a double sink so a couple people can be getting ready at a time, along with a shower tub.  It also has a large deck with a BBQ and soon to have patio furniture come spring. 

This room has wifi access and Bell Satellite TV in the living area. 

It is located on the upper level, so while it has a great view and the largest patio, it is only accessible by a large staircase. 

Winter Rate: $180 per night, 5+ nights is $160 per night

Summer Rate: $250 per night, $225 for 2+ nights, and 5+ nights is $200 May 15th-August 31st.  Weekly rate of 7 nights is $1400 plus tax
